He flew out of OAK and back to SFO, so leaving a car was out of the question.
I said I'd pick him up - I was in Seattle so I hadn't seen him since Wednesday.
His flight got in at 11:10 PM.
And then he was delayed.
Until 12:35AM....so I really picked him up on Wednesday morning.
But I brought his little buddy (Moch) and he was very happy to see us. Albeit tired.
A lovely bit of trivia - it took Nick over 13 hours to get back to CA from NY. It took us less than 13 hours to get to Amsterdam a few years ago....that sucks.
