As of February 2010, 25 states have enacted statewide bans on smoking in all enclosed public places, including bars and restaurants: Arizona, California, Colorado,Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan (effective May 1, 2010), Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington, and Wisconsin (effective July 5, 2010).
It's so nice to leave a restaurant when your clothes don't smell like smoke.
Our little neighbor girls (5 and 3) have been taught that smoking is bad (as all children should be taught). We took them out to dinner and as we left the restaurant, we passed by a man smoking outside. While still in ear shot, our neighbor says "Smoking is bad, why is he smoking?" Love it. Nothing like the guilt from a 5 year old.

lol. i wish there was a "like" button on your blog. =)
I spent my first long weekend in Las Vegas a few weeks ago. I arrived with a slight cold and got home five days later with a horrible sinus infection. I think the smoke EVERYWHERE may have had something to do with it. Loved Vegas and will definitely go back, but sure wish it was smoke-free!
